The Hayward City Council will be deciding* whether Hayward should ban all future data centers on Tuesday, September 15th.

LET'S TELL COUNCIL: VOTE YES TO BAN DATA CENTERS

This Council discussion is in response to the significant community opposition to the 76MW STACK SVY03A Data Center that was approved by the Planning Commission in May 2025 and is currently under construction. 

We're gathering outside of City Hall at 6:30pm and will enter the Council Chambers shortly after 7:00pm. See you there! (Note: this meeting is likely to run late given the amount of expected public comment)
